I asked about the TIROS Inova T1 in this thread before buying one:

It is built very well, though it is considerably larger than the Fenii, Peaks, and some other single CR123a lights.
The beam is quite narrow so it is not the best light for taking walks in the dark. Otherwise, I enjoy using it.

I had one when they first came out. I wish I had kept it. at the time the output was pretty good and good throw also. it felt like a roll of quarters in your hand. I might actually get one of the new ones if they can handle 2 rcr123s and the 3.7 volts
