I don't have the Draco, but I do have the L0D-CE running on a 10440 cell. Nice! Here is the only pic I have seen comparing the two:

That was a comparo photo of the Draco vs. the L2D-CE. I don't own an LOD-CE, and probably never will since I live with my Draco by my side 24/7 
From what I hear, overall output is very close, with the Draco having a more pronounced hotspot and nicer overall beam pattern.
