Hi,

Don't know if anyone's interested, but I just timed my P3D head attached to my P2D body running an AW RCR123 3.7v.

The cell came fresh off the charger at 4.15 volts.

Ran the light for 5 mins on turbo, then remeasured the cell at 4.01 volts. Let the light cool for 5 mins then ran again on turbo for 5 mins. Remeasured cell at 3.92 volts. Let cool for 5 mins and ran again.

Low voltage flickering started at around 2 mins runtime (so 12 mins runtime in total) and the cell measured 3.87 volts at that point.

Cheers,

Many thanks for that input.

I too got similar results when testing the P3Dce head on the P2D and L1/2Dce bodies - please see:

Fenix P3Dce Comparison Review

Your results give us a good idea where the low voltage point is. Thanks.
