Well, for lights where the battery charges outside the flashlight... there's the Orb Raw and Draco... but internally, I don't think I've seen anything smaller than the Inova T4?

The streamlight strion I think have a charging station and its kinda small also......but unfortunately its a xenon not led...

The Peak Matterhorn has a very small battery option. There is a thread on it in the Peak Forums [must now go to the Marketplace first] http://www.cpfmarketplace.com/mp/showthread.php?t=138761. The extra bodies are $5 or $10 depending on lug / pocket [smallest] / or keychain style and on material brass / aluminum / stainless. They offer two sizes of rechargable lithium, the smallest of which is 10180.
