My dexlight stopped working the other day, it went on high - high - strobe 15hz - high - high - lowest - high - strobe 15hz... and so on (note the strobe and lowest in between)

I never know how many times the high in between but it follows the lowest - high - strobe - high .... pattern (the strobe and the low that is). There is no more advance mode or general mode. It's totally messed up.

Anyone have any thoughts?

It's been like this for a week.

Have you tried leaving the batteries out for hours at at time? Leave them out for 6, 12 or 24 hours. This may bring about a reset.

I had this exact problem. At first I thought I was too slow, switching between modes. Then I thought the light was defective. I took the battery out, and was considering a warranty replacement.

I tried it again one last time, and now the light functions OK. I probably had the battery removed for 24-48 hours.
