It's a ultra-slim flashlight that converts from a tiny CR2 flashlight to a long-running 2AA form factor by using an extender tube. See pictures below.

I have received reports that they run just fine on RCR2 batteries, I have not been able to personally verify this.

I have used Tom already for the remailing service for Jay (FlashCrazy) modded Coast Hocus Focus.
I must try and resist to many flashlights , just purchased a P1CE and The Coast.
