I don't particular like the change to a two battery format but I really like the form factor and build quality of my current Innova T1.

Does anybody plan on doing a review of their new one?

If they are taking requests, I wouldn't mind seeing.

Some real world beamshots.
Maybe a gut feel runtime analysis.

Thanks
Chris

Appreciate it but I mean the T1. A few folks have gotten them and posted thoughts but no real review that I could find.

The new X1 doesn't interest me at all. A step backward IMHO.

Appreciate the help though.

can give You an review of my just received T1 (old model).
  1. opened package
  2. measured light (lenght was a bit shorter than hoped, but still good)
  3. put batt in
  4. light it up, hmmm.
  5. batt out
  6. freeze-pop
  7. bored to 18.5 mm (18650 batt) + "seat" for heatsink from the font
  8. homemade sink with Cree Q2, Flupic 900 mA and reflector built
  9. about to insert everything soon

no clue why anyone might use the old 1 CR 123 version and why there is no such small 18650 light by now. The T1 is nice for such a mod (should be 5 mm longer to be able to use the 19 mm XR-E reflector, much better than the 17 mm used now

I do like the 1xCR123 version stock though. And I'd use a driver for this mod that could use 2xCR123 too.
