Spotlight Fishing (no hook needed)

Sorry in advance if someone else posted this already. I did an adequate search before-hand.

A couple of guys discover that all you need to catch 20 LB of fish is a spotlight and a boat.

Illegal in numerous states...I didn't watch the video, because I've seen it in action.

Also, not very "sportsmanlike"

I suppose in a survival situation, but for fun?

Why don't they get an HID and a rifle and go jacklighting?

Serves no purpose, ya know?

Actually, this fish is the Asian Carp, accidentally introduced to our rivers a decade ago, they're spreading like wildfire and killing all our native fish. There are no laws protecting this species-- rather, the government would sooner pay you for their eradication.
