Check it out!!! Got it at Wal-mart for five bucks! It is only a 3 AAA and only has 9 leds but it is bright....

I like these lights so much that I bought three of them. They put out about 20 lumens and the beam color seems fairly neutral. Replace the 3aaa battery holder with a rechargeable lithium-ion 18500.

Not a bad light for $5+ ... but nothing extraordinary. I bought one about 6 months ago just to see what it's like. Construction is mostly plastic ... not likely to take any abuse. A careless person would easily strip the threads.

Home Despot currently has a 12LED Husky aluminum light about the same size for the same price. If I wanted to buy a cheap, multi-LED flashlight locally, I'd get the Husky instead.

Otherwise, there's about a hundred better deals online for cheap lights.

It's actually pretty impressive you can get anything remotely resembling a working flashlight for $5.
