Old style, unbranded River Rock lantern?

Looks like KaiDomain is selling an unbranded River Rock lantern, and for about half of what they were going for at Target.

Interesting, but I would like to have additional information, such as working modes (i.e. 100%, 50%, 10% or so), runtimes, and the type of led used (Osram, Luxeon, Unbranded, ...).

It would be very nice if it were a Cree / SSC
