HO is 170 lumens version.
130 lumens doesn't have the HO label.
Do you have the 3,7V-6V or the 3,7V-13V version ?
If it's 3,7V-6V, you must use it only with 1x 17670/18650 (regulated) or 2x cr123(regulated also).
Don't use with 2x rcr123's, otherwise,

If you have the 3,7V-13V version, regulation works only from 4,8V.
Ideally use with 2xcr123, 2xrcr123, 2x 17500/18500 for maintaining regulation.
