Anyone knows how to open up the switch, seems to to pressed in type and tamper proof.

awesome, I think the black plastic ring between the gold centre pin and gold outer ring might lift off, it's got a hole kind of like a semi circle on the edge, this means something might pry it open, the four plastic studs 'could' be covering something, but my assumptions are they are dummy, and that it's merely a seal or some kind of cover to hide stuff like, adapter holes for the tools that make them.
