Helo Guys. wanna ask if the ultrafire C2 is really waterproof, like able to withstand heavy rain, how deep can it go to? Thanks in advanced.

Make your own tests with the body of the flashlight only.Ensuring waterproof can be done by puting up some silicone in some points.Unfortunately you cannot put in the back twist switch of the flashlight, because then
you won't be able to light it up.

well on mine it doesnt have an O ring between the lense and bezel and also the Orings between the head and body and tail dont seem "fat" enough to seal it up tight enough...could be fixed by puting in fatter Orings

so its probably rain/splash proof but i wouldnt go swimming with it

Is there any sort of grease or recommended solution that can be applied to the threads that would minimize water getting in during a thunderstorm or hike in the pouring rain?

:)
