I just got the fenix p1d cree today, i like it alot, it beats my surefire c2 its amazing how it beats the c2 in terms of power and battery life that is 1/4 its size . It wins in every category except build quality, in fact the build quality is not that good ,after seeing this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5ObAzFshPA i was shocked but ordered one anyways, although my fenix thread slop is not this bad its noticeably there, i can turn the light on if i push down on the head sometimes , and i can move the head side to side lightly, it appears the thread does not have tight tolerance so i was wondering does anyone have the same problem? Or did i get a crappy one?

You might have gotten a bad one. Try to return it for a new one if you find it useful or get a refund and buy the P2D-CE/L2D-CE(cheaper too) if you need a hand-held light or the L0D-CE(it can be brighter then the P1D-CE with a 10440 Lithium Ion 3.7v rechargeable battery) if you need a smaller key-chain light.

Either way, if you think it there might be a problem, return it.
