Fenix bike mount?

Does anyone have experience with the Fenix bike flashlight mount? What light are you using with it?

You mean the Twofish Lockblocks? There are numerous reviews on them already. The short story: they're really versatile, durable, and great quality - recommended.

Yeah the twofish holders are nice.. I'm using one with a L2D, works like a charm

I think you could use any light with that diameter if it has enough throw

I use it with an L1D CE on my Specialized Tricross. Works great! Nice and stable, especially in the one-cell format, though I imagine the two-cell is pretty stable too.

Some tips:
-Center the lights center of mass in the LockBlock.
-It more stable below the bars but its usually hard to route that way.
-I find larger lights vibrate more. I'd say the max size is a 4AA like the Pro Poly.

How does it mount to the handlebar? I have a 31.8mm oversized bar, so I want to make sure it fits.

The straps fit up to a C-sized Mag tube. Your "oversized" handlebars shouldn't be a problem.

These mounts are so awesome. I've had a set since 1999 and the rubber
is very flexible and quality TPE (Kraton). I spoke with the guy who
invented it. He told me he build a complete green house using these
lock blocks and PVC pipes! LOL.

Anyway, I've ordered enough of these to be in stock for the next 5 years.
They're priced reasonably and competitively. Margins are small and I
treat this item more as a service than a profit product

If you buy the three pack designed for a u-lock at a bike shop you get two with shorter straps and one with a longer strap.

The ones with the shorter straps are only good for lights 7/8" diameter and smaller, down to Arc AAA sized (pretty much all AA lights and some but not all CR123). The longer strap won't work on a Arc AAA, but will work with bigger lights and works great with 1" diameter lights and maybe up to a C cell at most.

EDIT** I expect the ones from 4 sevens may only be long strap models if he is buying in bulk, but I'm not sure.

Whoa! Whats in the Lupine?

I sent some proto P3D Q5's to chevrofreak and he measured 190 lumens
out the front (40% increase). Five those should bring it to 950 lumens! LOL

so with the 3 pak speacial can you mount three seperate lights at the same time with it if i were to order it ?

Make sure the CR123A of those P3D don't blow! It looks like the helmet version of the dynamite vest/belt, but with light.

4-7, it seems to me like Lupine and Dinotte are using emitter specs, not real output. I take their numbers with a chunk of salt.
