Hey, I'm looking for a light that can be taken underwater (100' or so). I know SL doesnt give its ProPoly 4AA Lux a dive rating, but does say its waterproof. Anyone tried this out?
I'm weary of the Recoil 2410 because of the switch (I've had trouble with this type of pelican switch in the past), no regulation, and I've just never seen a recoil beam before. But it is submersible.

As far as I remember the SL propoly has clickie switch, so it will probably turn on by it self once you reach a certain depth due to the surrounding pressure, but whether it could hold out the water or not I don't know.

How about the Pelican 2010? It's dive rated by Pelican. A Recoil LED beam is all spot, no spill. Nice and throwy.
