How do I get rid of the donut holes in my 2D mag? Im guessing I need a MOP reflector but where do I buy it at?

Would this be a nice upgrade?

I was thinking the same thing.

Love my 2C MagLED but I have to focus the beam more for throw, in order to get rid of the donut hole.

maybe get another light to suit that function rather than band aid it.
mag lites are more for throw. not so great indoors imo :sssh:

Actually, the only reason I keep my Mag 3xD with LED drop-in is to use for indoor lighting (since it's just too heavy for me to carry when I go out). What I just do is take the reflector off entirely, then it lights up a room all around because it's ALL FLOOD. :grin2:

i eliminated the donut sputtering it , this was first go around then i got some photoblocker and did a second try and sealed with krylon and no donut here but you will lose some light ...i sold the mag that had the reflector to rcnuk wonder if he likes it ...me personally i liked the intensity of the beam stock when i sputtered it, its as if the intensity had spread into the dark hole donut evenly and so doing you lose the beam intensity and it lights smooth all over
