Check ebay. AGR sells there. Starts at about $80 w/ac-dc charger last time I looked.

Go to www.sableco.net. While he doesn't stock Streamlight, he can get it, and he has great prices, and fast service. I recieved a Stinger XT HP Thursday, that I had ordered last Friday.

If you go to their specials section you will see the ultrastinger with ac/dc charger for $83. That's the best price I've seen so far. However, I still think it's worth the extra $30 for the rapid ac/dc charger model for $113.
