Tim, are you sure that it's an NG and not a DB750?

The NG is a boost, and with 2 X CR123, the 6 V input would toast the P4. Even with a 17670 it would be in overdrive. The Downboy on the other hand would work for just about anything that fit in the tube.

Great point.....But it is indeed an NG750, but I was running it on 1X18650 so no
