I am pretty sure the mode sequence is something like:

1. Bitchy
2. Bitchier
3. Downright Unbearable
4. Unbelievably Wonderful
5. ...and, oh yeah, Disorienting Strobe

She is a reverse clicky though. That won't suit everyone.

No boat, but she can be put to work to provide you with some flash money or a payment for a boat.

She keeps the house really nice and neat and doesn't cost alot to run.

I made a mistake...

...modes are not accessed via her tailcap... there is no access via the tailcap... she is a twisty. I know that might disuade some potential trades but we are all friends here and in the interest of full disclosure, I felt I needed to let potential traders know.
