No. 1 Ti A19 with Piglet & Cree light engine (By Goldserve), The SS bezel ring has blue vials in it but one of them needs replaced (doesn't glow anymore) $500 shipped Priority, Ins. is extra at your option. SOLD

It will not run on an alkaline AAA battery. The 10440 battery that it uses is a 3+ volt lithium ion that happens to be the same size as a AAA alkaline.

Yes, it is regulated with a constant current driver set at 350mA.
As Scottiver stated, it will not run on a regular AAA cell, it needs a 3.7v Lithium-Ion cell. The Draco uses a 10280 cell or a 10440 cell (AAA size) with the included extension tube.
