I dropped my keys and my Arc AAA stopped working. Any tips or idea's on what to look for to try and fix it myself?

Replace the battery with a new one. Check head contact to see if it is deformed at all.
If nothing else, send it back to ARC.

mine was covered in gunk at the bottom of the tube. I glued some sand paper to the end of a pencil and sanded the tube down. Works great again

Mine was a POS from the very beginning.. I bought it around 2001 and it worked maybe 2-3 months..
I actually bothered to look up Arc about two weeks ago, and they're offering to fix/replace it, so look up their website.
