Jul 28, 2007 #3 M mountainpenguin Newly Enlightened Joined Feb 25, 2007 Messages 72 mine was covered in gunk at the bottom of the tube. I glued some sand paper to the end of a pencil and sanded the tube down. Works great again

I actually bothered to look up Arc about two weeks ago, and they're offering to fix/replace it, so look up their website.
