Size difference between CR2 and CR123 flashlights?

Hey guys, I am thinking about getting a RCR123 flashlight from DX. Are the CR2 flashlights noticeably smaller than the CR123 flashlights? And can they take RCR2 batteries? I just saw a CR2 battery at a local store and noticed how tiny they were. Never seen a CR123 battery though. LOL. I really want something that can be recharged. So gotta be able to use RCR123 or RCR2.

Just for reference -
CR123 battery - 35mm length and 16mm diameter.
HDS U60, CR123 flashlight - 81mm length and 25mm diameter.

CR2 battery - 26mm length and 15mm diameter.
SmartFire B-13W flashlight - 57mm length and 20mm diameter.

I realize it's hard to visualize, but it's much smaller..

The volume of the HDS U60 cylinder is aprox 78 cubic cm.
The volume of the Smartfire cylinder is aprox 19 cubic cm.
