Help Voltage required for this driver and 4 LED's?

I am working on a quad seoul project and just wondering what Vin I would require on this driver(http://www.leddynamics.com/LuxDrive/...1-BuckPuck.pdf) to run 4 SSC P4 U-Bin's from DX in both series and parallel config.

I am using the 1000mA driver with the 3023 option which is only the external leads with dimming pot.

I am just trying to figure out the bettery source to use.

    Thanks in advance.

    Mitch,
