P2D/LxD -> it would be the same head.

Also, I'd LOVE to see a 2/3 C and/or D version with the same circuitry.

None of the above? Personally I don't see what all the fuss is about with the Rebels (yes I've read numerous threads/tests since they were first introduced).

I think the Rebel is a natural fit for AAA (L0x) lights.

Crees give very ringy beams, and SSCs are hard to focus at all, in such small reflectors. The smaller die size of the Rebel, together with a properly engineered reflector, could provide a more useful beam.

And of course, the extra efficiency of the 100 l/W Rebel helps get the most performance out of a tiny AAA / 10440 cell. :twothumbs

Fenix E0 with better body, reflector, glass and same runtime. 12 HOURS on alk battery! :) Also for a CHEAP price.

waiting for the 1st problems with bad heatsinking / getting loose emitters because placing and fixing them in place was not that easy and rugged as planned.
Then, depending on the numbers compared to the Cree models, deciding.

Robban, the new versions of rebels are really nice as compared to older 50/95 versions, especially when looking at the P3D Rebel Beam Shots.

I really want to see a L2D-CE in natural finish with a warm 100 l/w (or better) :naughty: rebel. Oh, and a long throwing reflector.

I want a C1 or C1D Rebel light. Basically a scaled down P1 that runs on CR2 cells. It needs to have the same tail as the P1, too.

Fenix, can you hear me?

I'd like to see the L0D with a Rebel, with a reflector designed to match the smaller LED. Oh, and shipping by the end of September. Fenix, can you move that fast?

L0P with a rebel would be my request, none of this multi level and PWM flicker.
