P3D Rebel 100 & L1D CE - Heads Interchangeable?

The heads on my new P3D Rebel 100 & my new L1D CE look like they're exactly the same size. I'd be curious to switch them just to see if the beams change at all. Can I do that or will the different voltage mess up the circuitry or something?

The P3D head has a low battery warning feature that blinks rapidly if the voltage is below 5 V or something similar. If you use it with one AA cell it will just blink.
The L1D head is the same as the L2D one so it takes 3 or 4 V without any problem but it is quite doubtful it can take also 6V. I would not try it.

Anybody with different ideas? :anyone:
