Noob with weak search-fu (Surefire question)

I have a Remington 870 with a Surefire forearm.

Surefire said at one time they have no intention on making a LED replacement/upgrade to this light. I'm trying to get rid of incandescent bulbs wherever possible for reliability/ruggedness/battery longevity reasons.

Does anyone make a good retina-scorching LED upgrade that'll work in Surefire's shotgun forearm lights?

I'm not familiar with Surefire's forearm lights, but if they take a P60-type drop in module, then I would highly recommend one of Gene Malkoff's Cree P60 drop-ins. If the forearm light runs on 2x123 then you're good to go.

Yes, that's it! I might just get one of them and move the P61 to my G2. (Or get two and toss both incandescents!)
