Battery powered soldering iron?

Weller 3AA soldering iron (BP645MP). Just want to solder in some seouls, would this thing do the job? It says 15 second heat-up, 6 watts, up to 900 degrees.

Any reason why you want a battery powered one? I'd say get a cheap regular iron instead.

I've done field modding, but I used a mains (inverter) powered iron. To get it hot enough I found I had to take it inside the car to get it out of the wind.

There are butane powered soldering irons. They get plenty hot but can be a bit of a pain to use sometimes.

An update to my field modding... At the beginning of this month I once again used my soldering iron in a field, again running off my self-contained inverter. The iron seemed to heat up fine, even with a slight wind. I guess last time the wind was really cold.
