Here is a new Ti bezel ring for the A19 Cree XRE. According to the Sandwiche Shoppe this ring should fit the McGizmo PD, A2, and HDS. Please check with them or other savvy people to make sure.

I saw this earlier and was tempted to buy it, but I'm not really sure how I'd remove the existing bezel. I certainly can't turn it by hand, and I wouldn't want to damage it, or this new Ti one, by locking some vise grips around it. Is there some easy way? Vise grips and a flat piece of rubber, perhaps? (like a rubber coaster)
