Charging Question - Boxer vs. K3500R

I have looked through the threads and can't find what I'm looking for...
I'm looking at a HID light for patrol / SAR purposes. I would like something that either charges in a cradle, or simply has a plug on it for DC charging. Do either of these lights have that, or am I going to have to remove the battery pack from the light to charge?

The tail cap on the Boxer needs to be removed to get access to the charging plug on the battery pack. Spare battery packs are available.

For K3500R you will have to remove the battery to charge so you can use the light with second battery.
