I've got a Quad-cree P4 head in a Nascar3D right now. I was planning on selling it shortly. I'm a little rushed right now, but later I'll take a look at what I have around and see if I can rig it up in a 1D or 2D host with appropriate battery combination.

Around Powered by a Shark driver set at max: about 1A. But the Shark has a pot that you can use to lower it if you want.

ICUDoc build me a light with these exact specs. It is quite amazing for an LED light - the sheer wall of light coming out is amazing. Not cheap but very impressive.
