I'm thinking about having a few lights powdercoated. I'm pretty sure that to do it right, they would have to be sand or bead blasted first, then powdercoated. There are no local places that I want to deal with, and I'm not ready to buy the equipment to do it myself.

So who can do it and for how much? Thanks

I have done a number of Maglites over the last year. there are a few things to consider, the light has to be able to be completely taken apart, no plastic parts. They get baked in an over at 400 degrees. Bead blast is not necessary, I clean the parts with a scotchbrite pad, mostly to remove surface dirt and oil.

this link shows some of my work and some of the colors I have available.
