I had one, swapped it for a standard HA grey one modded by Bawko. I think he's got at least two now (probably more knowing him) perhaps if the serial numbers mean anything he can chime in with the serial numbers he has.

Back in 2005 when Supremco had them on sale and a lot of CPF'ers were buying them, I believe I read a post that stated approximately some where around 200 to 300 were either made or were available.
Having said that, I'm sure someone will be able to chime in with more accurate information. I got mine in 09/2005.
