I never had a chrome light before, This Is my first.

This Aleph 3 Is all chrome, comes with a 2xCR123A Chrome tube and a Chrome Tailcap with a 60ohm Restrictor.
I've never seen a all Chrome Aleph 3 with Chrome 2xCR123A tube, these are pretty Rare.

The LE Is a DB917SEOUL, It's very bright and throws and throws.
The light Is in Mint condition with about 10min Runtime.

I highly doubt this would be a user because It's so darn pretty, Plus I'm not very fond of Chrome.

I would like to trade this for anything of around the same Value.

Trades
SRTH Turboheads/W Seoul TM
3in Surefire Turboheads
PD-S
Aleph 1 complete
Surefire M6 + Cash
Superflashlight III
Ti stuff
Etc.

I would sell It for below my cost @ $225

Same boat - I've got a 1x123 Chrome A3 and it's far too pretty to touch - kinda almost makes me want to find it a sibling.. [looking desperately for trade fodder]

Aside from smudges and fingerprints, how would this type of finish stand up to use? I thought chrome was up there with the most durable finishes possible?

Sorry for the hijack, and good luck finding your trade!

What is the fun of having such cool toys if you are afraid to play with them?

I have one too, and while I won't be EDCing it, I do use it in and around the house.
It had one "ding" when I got it, I don't think I have put any more in it yet.

Put those shelf queens to work (carefully).

I EDC my chrome lights...and yes chrome is hard has hell and a little wipe will put it back to liquid shine....Just think of all the things around your house that are actually chromed: Car rims, bicycles, tools, bathroom fixtures, door knobs....the list goes on. I dont regret by a second having my lights chromed, and proudly edc them...

Tiedye - There are collectables you use, and collectables you don't. My original Mickey Mantle baseball cards don't get put in bike spokes to make them sound like a motorcycle, ya know??

I guess deep down I'm kinda like Cameron's dad - I just rub it with a diaper..

Edit - Cuso is right, the chrome really is tough. I don't edc the A3s (never have) because the head is too big for my pockets. It's kept purely as a collectible at this point..
