I have noticed that the battery pack does not seem to hold its charge as well as it used to. Maybe that's because my mag610 is unregulated and the batteries have been overdrained a few times before I noticed it in time (that the bulb was getting dimmer) to shut off the light. I don't know, I'm not an expert on any of this, I bought the light from Mad Maxabeam in October 2006. I have been looking around and I can't figure out where to get a replacement, even if I do a search for CBP 1650. Or, maybe I would consider a different battery pack, either for a 50-watt bulb or maybe 75 or 100 watt: I don't know what my options are, I would like to know. Who sells these battery packs?

My light is a modified mag 3D in camo with:

Bored 3D body

64610 50W Lamp

UCL Lens

MOP reflector

13.2 volt CBP 1650 rechargeable battery pack

Kiu Hi-Temp Socket

Yeah, they can wear out, or sometimes just one cell goes bad. The CBP 1650's have not been carried in about 6 months, but CBP is about to release a new Elite AA 1700 version that should be amazing. Supposed to be in stock 9/8.

I started making Mad Maxabeam's packs since he has moved on. PM me.
