where to buy parts for diy flashlight?

hi guys, anyone knows where i can buy parts for a diy flashlight?
I'm looking to get bodies, leds, circuits, springs. the whole lot. and they have to ship overseas.

I use dealextreme at the moment, but they dont have all i need :-(

Some of the manufacturers sell empty bodies and heads directly, with no LED's or circuitry installed. You can buy empty Arc or Fenix bodies and heads, for example.

fenix ones are rather expensive :-(

Well, you could buy a cheap Dealextreme light and use that body. Buying bodies separately, I'm not sure how you would do that.
