This tube was exceptionally hard to make:sigh:...Glad it's out of my system... forever!:green: Even with a carbide shank boring bar, the extension ratio is just too dang high:rant:

Time to finish my sammy, and hit the hay:sleepy:

And I hope you don't mind me asking ... are the flutes milled, or 'scraped'? They look perfect.

The flutes are milled, single pass, with a four flute carbide cutter.
