Is Smartfire quality decent?

As you can see the Lux V sold for $90 so for $28 including shipping it is a great deal for someone looking for LONG runtime. I use several different C cell lights on duty. So if you buy it please report back to us.

Don't have this light, but judging from the pics it looks like fairly standard "Ultrafire" style fare.
Short answer is that some ultrafire/smartfire lights are of acceptable minimal quality, some are not. Even through one distributer, lot-to-lot variability can be huge, as they sometimes switch suppliers (who sell a whole different light, likely made at another factory, but under the same name and model number as the earlier light).
In other words, it's a bit of crapshoot I'm afraid.
