Q2 vs Q4: which is better?

I've tried the search, but it returns an empty page.

A certain site we all know has two small CR123 Cree lights on sale. They are identical in everything but the bin of the emitter: one is Q2, the other Q4.

The Q4 is $2 more expensive so I suppose the Q4 emitter is brighter. By how much? Should I even worry about it?

Q2 is from 87.4 to 93.9 Lumens
Q4 is from 100 to 107 Lumens

There are differences among color bins, but those differences are present within the flux bins (P3, P4, Q2, etc.) as well.
