3-Watt-CREE-P4-Led-mini really 130 lumens?

It looks wwwaaaayyyy too cheap to even produce 30 lumens, anyone have one of these things? I'm tempted to buy one out of curiosity (unless someone has one)...

It looks like SKU 2821, if it is then yes this light is REALLY bright a bit brighter than my P1-CE. It is at least produces 80lumens from my own measurement.
