Whirlpool forums in Oz have a topic about it. It seems there is some sort of DNS problem with DX or with certain Australian providers.
Apparently, if you connect to DX via a proxy site, it works.
[edit] Also, there's already been a topic about DX being down that was closed... It's a CPFMP subject
