I have two for use with my BHC's.
They are for lithium ions though (I use 14670's)

Well, if an LDO^3 with a Seoul P4 on it will work for you, then I can make those up and sell them for a lot less than $70 each--more like $50 maximum for one.

Yes it does fit a 2AA minimag.
I just tried mine with two alkalines and it wouldn't power up.
