Need some help opening up an Inova XO

I love this light, but it has an older luxeon1 led in it that I want to swap out with something newer and better.
It does quite well on a 17670 rechargeable battery for a looooooong time.

Can anyone help?

3rd shift, if it won't be too much trouble, would you consider making one of your photo-intensive tutorial for XO modding? I have one sitting around gathering dust and I'd like to see how difficult it would be to put in a new power LED.
