Do they fit any SF lights?

It is too lagre for my JetBeam MKII, ARC AA, CR2 Li-ion and too small for my Mini Maglite AA or any E-serie SureFire... the inner diameter is 22mm...
so I had to buy an Fenix L1D, with the orange peel reflector
