Hey everyone,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me a little bit more about this light. I found it on coolest-gadgets.com It has a 70 lumen output with strobe capabilities and is very small. There must be catch, like the range because at that power and size I'd expect it to be much more expensive than $90. The surefire titan is less powerful and 5 times as much. Thanks again!

I think maybe you are talking about the P1D made by Fenix. It is 70 lumens in the turbo mode. They can be purchased for much less than 90 bucks here http://www.fenix-store.com. Look at CR123A lights.....:thumbsup:

The Fenix P1D-CE is even brighter at over 100 Lumen out the front, the P1D-Q5 is probably 20-30% brighter then the normal P1D-CE. IMO, the P2D is easier to operate, Cree and Rebel 100 version. The L2D-CE runs on 2 AA batteries and has over 110 lumen out the front on turbo. The L2D-Rebel 100 is even brighter then the L2D-CE. The brightest stock Fenix light is the P3D-Rebel 100. Shipping is included in the list price of Fenix Store and there is also a 8% discount coupon for CPF users, 'CPF8".

Higher price also does not mean higher lumens. There are many sub $30 lights that will put out 100 or more lumens out the front.
