Kid, if you have an Aleph-1 head and an aleph L.E with SSC-P4,
you will achieve virtually the same beam as with a PR-T head.
(with the same throw as well)
Maybe you prefer the aesthetics of the PR-T head though? :shrug:
The Aleph-1 head is really a successor to the PR-T and PR heads and
is far more easily upgradable since it uses a replaceable L.E instead
of the led being potted.

I traded an L2 for an e2e with a PR-T head and modded the switch to a two stage; have never been sorry. Great light.
I wouldn't mind a cree/seoul in it but I'm not handy enough (anymore) to attempt the mod.
