where are the 100 lumen edc's

weren't we told about a 100 lumen aa AND aaa lights coming out from dx or kiadomain.

where are those lights?
anyone bought one and like them?
got a link?
i can never get on kiadomain for some reason.
always down for some reason.

The first buyers should be receiving them sometime next week at the latest - they shipped out on Sunday.

For guaranteed 100+ lumens of light, I would recommend getting a Fenix L0D CE and running it on a 10440 cell. It does better in the house than my L2D CE...

It's hard to say how much light will actually come out the lens of this Kai light. 100 lumens is just the manufacturer's rating, I think.

Yeah. I hope to receive mine maybe next week also.

I doubt it'll do 100 lumens out. Maybe 80 at best imo.

It's only 1.5W so I can't expect too much.

If these AAA lights are anything like the MTE SSC U-bin AA lights, then they should be very bright.

ok, i followed the link and also found it on the website.
neither way is letting me buy this light.
i can't even throw my money at kd.
oh well.

can you guys recomend a aa size 10440 light.
i think i have the numbers right.
i'm looking for the 3.6 battery.
i'd love one in the mte ssc single mode.
will that one support the 3.6 volt batt.
is it much brighter?
if not, is there a comparable high quality one that will work?

I made one for myself (link in sig). 100 emitter lumens, probably ~75 torch lumens, the same as the Kai/dx lights.
