How to install and how hard?

Not too easy - I don't know if the bend is anywhere close for a 6P, and since it doesn't have holes you'd have to make them..

I think that the radius of the part that attaches to the light is close enough to work with.

I think the hardest part would be drilling the (tapped) holes in the 6P's body the right distance apart (not to mention directly tangent to the circle) if the radii of the two parts aren't exactly the same. If the holes aren't the right distance apart, the clip can bind and not fit cleanly on the light. You'd have to file the holes on the clip into slots. But I think this project certainly can be done.

You'll need:
Drill press
drill press vice
cylindrical center finder (like this one)
taps
small round file

I have some inside info that a new bezel end clip like the one on the Novatac might be coming out for the C-series SF....just a little tickler for ya´ll!! :whistle:
