Special sized lens?

I'm anxiously awaiting delivery of a new ElektroLumens Anglelux, and am already searching for a replacement for the clear plastic lens. I know I'll ruin the original in short order, and would like to be ready, preferably with either a glass or polycarbonate replacement.

The size is 43.74mm diameter x .8mm thickness.

Any ideas where I could look for such a thing? I'm not sure I'm crafty enough to cut my own from a larger lens.

Here is what I had to do for my stock anglehead to get a glass lens. I bought a 46mm clear, multicoated photo filter. I took a small triangular file and slowly cut away the metal frame. I was left with a glass window with anti-reflective coating on both sides. Expensive and a little delicate, but one way to get there. I started with a Hoya HMC 46mm UV(0).

You can try Anchor Optics. I picked up one for my Angle head light some time back. IIRC it was ~ $9.00.
